An Introduction to Microsoft Windows XP and Vista  (IT for the terrified or the reluctant!!)

This one-day course will give you an introduction to using the computer and Windows efficiently. The course is designed to give you an understanding of the Windows environment.

Prior Knowledge: No previous knowledge of Windows is needed.

You will be amazed how much you can learn in one day! Yes, the courses are lively and quite intensive but as a maximum of 9 people attend each course I am able to tailor each course so that everyone attending will benefit fully from the training.
