Sue Jackson of ByteBack Training is pleased to be working in partnership with Communities First and the Tre Cwm Community Association in offering Public Computer Training courses at the Ty Llywelyn Community Centre in Llandudno, North Wales.
The aim of this exciting new project is to make the newly equipped IT Suite at the Ty Llywelyn Community Centre self sustainable by providing professional computer training to businesses in the North West at a special introductory price of £75 per person per day. This will enable us to provide free computer training for the residents of the Tudno and Mostyn Wards a Communities First Area in Llandudno. All course participants will receive a comprehensive course manual, 3 month email helpline, a certificate of completion, a light lunch and refreshments throughout the day. The training delivered by Sue, a friendly, experienced IT Trainer is work based and designed to help the delegate develop their computer skills and become more efficient.
We will be delivering a wide range of computer training courses in Office 2003 or Office 2007 at all levels throughout the year. If you would like to view the course outlines please click on the Course Outlines Tab and select the course you require. When you have selected your course you can view available dates by selecting the Open Courses Tab and again choosing the course of your choice.

You will be amazed how much you can learn in one day! Yes, the courses are lively and intensive but as a maximum of 9 people attend each course I am able to tailor each course so that everyone attending will benefit fully from the training.
We are one of 90 centres participating in the Wales Remote Assessment Project being delivered across Wales by the IT and disability charity AbilityNet.
For those with difficulty using computers in the standard way, the centre now has a selection of accessibility hardware and software, including trackball mice, alternative keyboards, software for those with reading and writing difficulties and supporting CDs and factsheets.
You can also learn how to access options within Windows to help with your accessibility needs.
Contact Sue Jackson on 07770-472488, email sue@bytebacktraining.co.uk to arrange a mini-assessment on-line or book in for a detailed remote assessment with AbilityNet`s assessor Richard Phillips. You will get a detailed individualised report which may prove useful in accessing funding for your accessibility needs.
