Open Courses - Windows Basics

This one-day course will give you an introduction to using your computer and Windows efficiently. The course is designed to give you an understanding of the Windows environment and assumes little or no prior knowledge of using Windows. By the end of the day you will be comfortable navigating around Windows, using the mouse we will also look at the Programs that run in the Windows environment.

Windows Basics (IT for the Terrified/Reluctant)

This course has been renamed IT for the Terrified/Reluctant, by satisfied clients. This fun course is a good starting point for anyone who has little or no IT skills.  I am often asked, " What is Windows?", we begin the course by explaining what Windows is, it will give you an understanding of computer jargon, file management and basic computer skills. You will feel happy to ask any questions in a relaxed and supportive environment.  I really think this is the most important course that I do!
