Q) How do I show full menus in Microsoft Office?
Microsoft Office 2003 automatically customizes menus and toolbars based on how often you use the commands. When you first start an Office program, only the most basic commands appear in the Menus. To show a full menu simply double click the menu, if you wish to permanently show the full menus

Selecting this option in any Microsoft Office application enables it for all Office applications.
