Untrained computer users can waste an hour every single working day, because they are not using their computers effectively.

From the complete beginner to the more advanced user our wide range of courses will allow you to develop your knowledge and maximise your skills. Our range of courses includes Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, Access, Project, Promoting and Publicising your Website and many more.
We specialise in delivering Microsoft application training, these can be from our standard course outlines or tailored to your particular needs. We are also happy to deliver any bespoke training your may require including writing the courseware to accompany the training.
You may have a fully equipped training room or perhaps you would prefer to train smaller numbers of staff in your normal office environment.
Our in-house courses are charged at a day rate and provide a cost effective training solution. The cost includes course manual for each delegate, certificate of completion, feedback forms if required, and a three month email help line.
By booking your training with us you will be helping to support and develop a sustainable, not for profit IT resource within the Communities First area, encouraging more community engagement and raising awareness of other development opportunities and leisure time activities locally.

- In-house - Based in your offices or IT Training suite, ByteBack comes to you! We can now provide 9 laptops so you can use any suitable room for your training.
- Our-house - Book ByteBack and the IT Training Suite at the Ty Llywelyn Community Centre, Llandudno and bring your staff to us, a very cost effective way to train.

Sue has been delivering IT training courses on behalf of CVSC for some time now. Using Ty Llywelyn Community Centre and involving volunteers provides a very real "community experience".
