This two day course is designed to familiarise you with Microsoft Project .
What can Microsoft Project do for you?
Microsoft Project will help you define, schedule, monitor tasks and manage your resources and associated costs using a variety of tool. When your project is under way, you will be able to analyse valuable project information and track progress so that you can make necessary adjustments to keep your project on target and within budget. You will also find the built in reports very useful they will help you to communicate the plan and keep everyone informed regarding the current status of the project.

Prior Knowledge: No previous knowledge of Microsoft Project is needed
